# Profile questions

## What are profile questions?

When creating your website, you can define questions that will be asked to future subscribers during their purchase journey for a subscription plan.

These questions should be short and explicit. They have a strong impact on the **purchase funnel** and the **conversion** of your subscribers.

By customizing these questions, you show interest in your subscribers and you **collect data on their profile**.

Subsequently, this can help you better **manage your exchanges with your suppliers** if, for example, you need to **customize** kits for certain boxes, if the supplier cannot deliver the desired quantity for a sample and you need to replace it with another product that may be more suitable for certain subscribers.

> For example, a box of products for dogs can ask future subscribers about the size, coat length and name of their dog.

Profile questions are not created from your back office: the Ciklik team sets them up for you.

You can **send us your questions by email** at <support@ciklik.co>, mentioning:

- the question title
- a brief descriptive sentence (displayed below the question)
- any suggested answers and their images

If needed, these questions can be modified or deleted later.

## Types of questions available

- open question with a text response in a free field

- question with a date response in DD/MM/YYYY format

- question with a response from a list of options

- question with a response from a limited list of options with images
