What is the purpose of the first box feature?



When you don't want to make the customer wait for his first box to be sent, depending on the billing cycle of the formulas, you can activate the Fisrt box functionality and send him his box in the days following his order.

How to use this feature?



This feature is activated in the carrier details.

If your subscriber chooses the carrier with the First box feature activated, they will pay an additional cost to receive their first box in advance, in the days following their order.

He will receive a confirmation email that you can customize from the email template section, for the email with the First Box type.

In this case when an order is placed with the carrier for which the First Box feature is activated, the first delivery note will be scheduled the day after the delivery note creation date, the date the order was placed. You will be notified by email.

Attention, there is a delivery charge for this first shipment in advance. For the next shipments, there will be no delivery charges. Indeed, for the next pickups, there will no longer be this notion of advance shipment, so no delivery charges as a result.









Remark:

In the case of a first\_box already sent, you cannot modify the Delivery Note.

You can delete it and create a new delivery order.
