Anonymizing a customer's account information allows you to keep the history intact. However, the postal address, email address and means of payment will be deleted.
From the customer card, select "anonymize the account**" in the list of actions. Confirm this choice.
If the subscriber in question has logged out of their account and wishes to access it, they will no longer be able to log in, as their subscriber account has been deleted by the action of anonymizing their account data.
