What is an anti-churn campaign?



An anti-churn campaign allows you to send a notification by email or SMS to all subscribers for whom an order is closed due to several failed payments.

The purpose is to increase the duration of your customers' subscription via a business offer (free box or discount coupon for example) to invite them to update their payment method and to accept the offer.

Payment failures are inevitable. However, you have the possibility to catch them by inviting the subscriber to update their credit card. To encourage them to update their card, offer them a special deal.

The subscriber is notified of this offer by email or SMS.

Set up my anti-churn campaign



Your anti-churn campaign is created and modified from the Sites module. The creation of this campaign will allow you to personalize the page on which subscribers who wish to update their payment method and benefit from the offer will land.

This landing page is composed of 3 parts:

a title
the credit card addition zone
a customizable area where it is possible to add text, images, ... (with the visual editor)

It is possible to set up different commercial offers:

offer a discount with the management of a coupon. The selected coupon will be attached to the generated order if the subscriber accepts the offer.

and/or

offer a box by filling in the number of boxes field to defer the debit for the subscriber who will use this promotion.

The Webhook section is reserved for people using Zapier or Make services, in order to notify people.

Be sure to specify an expiration date for your offer and set the number of days from order creation after which you want to send notification.

The Formula field allows you to customize the type of reminder according to the formulas of your subscription offer.
If this field is not filled in, the same reminder offer will be applied to all subscribers, regardless of the plan to which they have subscribed.

Define the content of my anti-churn campaign



You have a free edit field to customize the page of your anti-churn campaign. This field will be visible below the area where the subscriber will be able to update their credit card.

Your notification can be sent by SMS or email.

In the case of an email, you will find in the body of the text a link with the unique variable for each subscriber.

If you modify the content of the email template, make sure you keep the link with the unique variable.

In case of an SMS sending, there is a tool in the Ciklik application to shorten the url that will be sent to your subscribers.

Be sure to set up your Vonage account and credit it.

Track my anti-churn campaign



Each day, a report in the form of an excel file will be emailed to show the subscribers targeted for the campaign.
