How to notify us of your decision to cancel your contract?
You can decide to cancel your Ciklik contract if :
you stop your stall activity
you choose to leave for another solution
In this case, you must notify us of your decision to cancel your Ciklik contract.
From the back office, click on the site you want to close and select in the drop-down list of possible actions "**Destroy my site and terminate**".
check the confirm box to confirm the closure of your site
check the box terminate my site's subscriptions to switch all subscriptions to inactive
check the box deactivate gift cards and packages to stop transactions on your site
If you have a shop section on your site, remember also to switch the products in not sellable on your site.
A pre-notice of 10 days is to be respected at the end of which we will close your Ciklik account at the end of the month in question.
To close your Ciklik account, the balance of your e-wallet on Stripe must be at zero, otherwise your subscription will be renewed for the next month.
Transfers by Stripe will be made to your bank account as usual and you will have to transfer money to your customers if you have refunds to make.
What should I do before closing my account?
Concerning your packages and subscriptions
You can switch your subscriptions to inactive in order to stop transactions on your site.
You can terminate your active subscriptions yourself right now (from the list of subscriptions, select the Terminate action in the drop-down menu of each subscription) so that they are not automatically renewed.
If you have long subscriptions (e.g. 3 months), you can either proceed to the sending of the remaining boxes or proceed to the reimbursement to your subscribers.
If you have reimbursements to make to your customers, you must proceed by transfer.
Concerning your gift cards and products from the shop
You can switch your gift cards and shop products to inactive so that they are no longer offered on your site.
If some gift cards have not been activated, you must proceed to their reimbursement by transfer.
Concerning your domain name
Concerning your domain name, if we have registered it for you during the installation of your site, you have the ownership of it. You will be able to transfer your domain name to the registrar of your choice if you wish.
Concerning your Ciklik account data
Before closing your Ciklik account, you can export all the data you want : subscriptions, delivery notes, user accounts, invoices, ...
Make sure you have all your monthly invoices for your accounting (My invoices section from the left column).
If you plan to migrate your data to another tool, we do not retain data and will study with you the possibilities for such technical procedures, the migration of a Stripe account to another Stripe account being possible.
