How to change the next payment date of a subscription?

From the list of subscriptions, for the desired subscription, click on the Change icon.

Select the date you want for the next payment.

Be careful to choose a payment date that is consistent with your billing cycle, i.e. in most cases, a next payment date on the 1st of the month.

At this stage, nothing has been modified in the delivery notes**. You have only modified the date of the next payment.

Use of the "Cancelled on" field

In the subscription box business, we work by repeat. Also this field is empty.

However, in the case of gift cards, this field is filled in to know the subscription period covered by the gift card.

You have the option to cancel the subscription by setting a date on which the subscription will be cancelled.

The subscription is paused 5 days before this date. This is done in anticipation of the next billing date to avoid having incorrect data the day before the next billing.
Therefore, if the date entered is less than 5 days before the day you enter this field, it will not be taken into account.

Once this field has been filled in from the back office, the subscriber no longer has the ability to interrupt or reactivate the subscription from his account (this is the same way it works with a gift card).
