Create an order

From a customer's record for which a payment method is entered, you can place an order from the back office for :

a product in unit sale
a subscription

You can apply a discount coupon on the order.

Enter the delivery address (which will also be the billing address) and select a delivery method for this order.

In the case of a subscription, you will also need to fill in :

the subscription formula.
Profile information if profile questions are defined (field Declinations)

Selection of options

3 options are available to create an order:

Marked as Paid: this allows you to generate the order, delivery note(s) and associated invoice without placing a transaction.
Invoice user*: this allows you to initiate a collection attempt for the order in question
Create a payment link*: this allows you to have a payment link to send to the user. He will not need to identify himself and can finalize the order by passing the 3DS control.
