Create a custom formula

Prerequisite: You must have set up your subscription formulas.

As a reminder, here are the steps to follow : create a formula

To activate the fact that it is a personalized formula, access its details by clicking on Formulas in the left-hand column, then on the little pencil (modify).

Check the box "Content is customizable" in the Parameters tab of the formula.

Set up customization steps

Once a visitor has selected a personalized formula, he can compose his box, in one or more steps. These steps are called Categories.

Create your category (or categories), corresponding to the customization steps of the box, by clicking on Categories in the left column, under the heading 2. Subscription.

Click on Create Category and fill in the fields :

Name
Title*
Description
Site

Once you have created your categories, assign them a score, which will define the number of products possible for each step.

To assign a score to a category, go back to the formula details (a category can be used for several formulas and have different scores).

From the formula details, in the personalization step section, click on "**Attach category**" and define the score linked to this category and its position (order of personalization steps).

Associate products for each step

Prerequisite: You must have created your products. They must be active and a quantity must be entered.

As a reminder, here are the steps to follow: create a product

Access the detail of each category created by clicking on Categories then View, and click on "Attach products**".

Select the product you want, give it a score and define its position.

You can check the box Preselect this product if you want the product to be added by default in the cart when the visitor starts to compose his box.

You can use a tag system on the products offered in the personalized boxes.

Click on Taxonomy in the left column and give a name to the filter in which you will find your different tags (example: I create a taxonomy Name).
Click on Tag and create the tags associated with the desired filter (example: "organic wine" and "natural wine" in the taxonomy Appelation)

These filters will be available in the products offered in the sales tunnel to compose your box.



It is possible to add a step in the composition of the box to propose optional products where the customer will choose the desired quantity, without being limited by a score, and so that his selection has an impact on the price of his order.
To do this, you need to create an "upsell customization" type addon.

For each product, if you create an FAQ block from the visual editor, it will be included and accessible in a small window when the visitor clicks on the product at the composition stage, selecting the products in his package.

Access the content selected by a subscriber

To find the contents of your subscribers' personalized boxes, go to the delivery coupons section in the left-hand column.

Select the desired delivery notes using the available filters and export your delivery note file.

You will find the contents of the boxes in your delivery order file, in the Customization column.

Access from the My Account area for a subscriber

A subscriber can find the contents of his personalized formula from his My Account space, under the heading My subscriptions, via the link see my selection.

He can also modify the content of his subscription up to 48 hours before the date of the delivery order.
