Glossary



Subscription;



A subscription is necessarily linked to a formula (active or not). When you successfully order a formula, it triggers a subscription and a next payment date is defined according to the settings of your formulas. When a gift card is activated, it triggers a subscription without a next payment date and with a date on which the subscription is cancelled.

Addon



There are 3 types :

- addon: offer a special formula at a higher price for the first month

- the upsell: offer a complementary product in the box, when you order or on a recurring basis

- the upsell customization: to offer additional products linked to the personalized formulas.

Automatic stop



This setting at the formula level is only appropriate in specific cases where a subscriber will have to change formula for a given reason

Box



This section allows you to create an insert for each box to present your old boxes and their contents, illustrated by an image.

Blog



For your content strategy, you can set up a blog, with your different categories of articles and folders to manage certain topics in several articles.

Delivery note



A delivery note is generated at the confirmation of an order for a product of the shop, an addon or a subscription formula. It contains all the useful information to send to your carrier or your logistician for your shipments. From the Delivery notes section, you can export your delivery notes for the desired period and in the desired format to facilitate your shipments.

Anti-churn campaign



By activating this feature, you can automatically send a promotional offer to all active subscribers with a closed order due to failed collection attempts. This allows you to catch up on a percentage of unpaid subscriptions.

Advertising campaign



Following the creation of a coupon, create an ad campaign so that the application generates a url, destination link for your advertising campaigns or some reminder emails. By clicking on this link, the visitor will be informed that he already has a discount in his cart, which limits the friction in the sales tunnel and will encourage him to finalize his order to benefit from it.

Features



They are similar to a tagging system on unit sale products to select product options.

Gift cards



A gift card is a unitary product attached to a subscription formula. It has an activation code to trigger the subscription in question and the number of delivery vouchers equal to the number of boxes to be shipped under the gift card. A gift card can include the shipping costs for the shipment of the box(es) or a shipping cost (to be informed for a shipment) can be added to the price of the card. A gift card can be emailed with a personalized message or downloaded for printing.

Category



In the case of personalized formulas, you will have to create one or more categories, corresponding to the steps of composition of your box. A category can be linked to several formulas. For each formula, a score is associated to its category, corresponding to the number of credits the customer has to compose his box.

Order



An order is generated following a transaction, whatever its status, or in certain specific cases, such as the placing of an order in the back office, without generating a transaction. An order can correspond to a product in unit sale, an addon, a gift card or a subscription formula.

Coupon



A coupon is a discount activated in the shopping cart thanks to an activation code. The discount can be a fixed amount or a percentage on the total amount of the shopping cart. It can be applied on a single transaction or repeated. A coupon can also be cloned for certain marketing actions for which it is necessary to have a given number of discount codes.

Subscription cycle



This is the cycle at the end of which the subscription is renewed by tacit agreement. It is not recommended to manage several subscription cycles.

Commitment cycle



This corresponds only to specific cases in the configuration of a formula where a customer commits to a duration without having paid all his future boxes for the cycle in question.

Creation date



This is the date on which a transaction is attempted, whether successful or not. date on which an order is generated in the back office, following a transaction date on which a subscription is generated, or the date on which a delivery note is generated, and the date on which the order is confirmed following a successful transaction.

Expiration date



This is the date when the subscription will expire, updated when the subscription renewal is successful

Next payment date



This is the date when a collection attempt will be made to renew the subscription

Schedule date



This date is specific to delivery notes. It is defined according to the billing period of the formulas. It corresponds to the billing start date for the box order of the month. It is defined the day after the order is placed for the successful renewal of a subscription or the resumption of a cancelled subscription.

Mass shipments



In the configuration of a formula, this allows the generation of delivery notes on the right programming dates, based on the billing period of the formulas, to allow you to manage your shipping waves.

Invoices



An invoice is a document attached to a transaction, or a transaction refund, from an accounting point of view.

Formula



A formula allows you to propose your subscription offer at a given frequency.

Customized formula



This formula setting will allow the customer to compose his own box from the products linked to a category.

Group of formulas



If a criterion influences the price of your boxes, you can create groups of formulas. Example of a coffee box:

- group 1 cup per day including a monthly formula and a 3 months formula
- group 2 cups per day including a monthly formula and a 3 months formula

Mails sent



Automatic emails are sent to subscribers in different cases: when a user account is created, for order confirmation, when a debit fails, ... The application relates to the deliverability of these transactional emails and their status (open or not).

Menus



This is the section from which you can customize the entries in your navigation menu and footer.

Number of shipments



In the settings of a formula, you will define the number of shipments that corresponds to the number of boxes to be shipped in a given cycle.

Product options



Also called variation, these are parameters selected at the level of a product in unit sales (example: clothing size). A product option can have an influence on the price of a product. It can also be used to trigger inventory management.

Pages



This is the section from which you can create free content pages. It is also from this section that you can customize your home page.

Unsubscribe settings



These allow you to customize the steps in the unsubscribe tunnel when a subscriber wants to stop their subscription. In order for these steps to be proposed, questions must be filled in to activate the unsubscribe tunnel functionality.

Billing period



This is the day from which and until which the box of a given month is ordered. It also defines the subscription renewal day, at the beginning of the billing period for the given month (fixed periods). All your formulas must be set to the same billing period if your formulas are on a fixed period.

Product



This is a unit sale product or a gift card type product. When a transaction is refunded, a product is also created and then deactivated in order to generate the accounting document that reflects the refund action.

Profile



A subscriber's profile provides information to personalize the content of the boxes according to certain criteria or preferences that do not affect the price of the boxes. The profile questions are asked to the subscriber at the time of the order. He can update his profile at any time from his account space.

GDPR Service



In compliance with the regulation, the consent of a visitor must be obtained before placing a tracking script on your site. Your GDPR services are to be configured on your site for the different tracking services you use.

Status



A subscription can have 3 statuses:

active: the subscription is in progress. It can however be expired if the attempts to renew it are unsuccessful and the order is closed for unpaid.
paused : the functionality of the unsubscription tunnel is activated and the subscriber has chosen to pause his subscription for 1, 2 or 3 boxes. This action shifts the next payment date accordingly so that the subscriber is not charged during this pause period (the expiration date of the subscription remains unchanged).
inactive: the subscription is cancelled. A subscription can only be deleted if it is inactive.

A transaction can have 2 statuses:

successful : the transaction is validated.
failed: the transaction is invalid. Find in the transaction details the reason for the failed transaction.

An order can have 3 statuses :

confirmed: the transaction is successful and the order is confirmed.
closed: the collection attempts are unsuccessful and the order is closed for unpaid.
Pending: the order is generated and the transaction confirmation is pending.

You can change the status of a delivery order. It is by default on the status "created". To facilitate the management of your shipments, you can assign the following statuses to a delivery order: pending, shipped, delivered, scheduled, cancelled.

Tag



This is a product filtering system available at the composition stage of a box for a personalized formula.

Taxonomy



This is the name of the filter in which we will find the different tags for the products available at the composition stage of a box for a personalized formula.

Transaction



A transaction is an attempt to collect money when an order is placed, when a cancelled subscription is resumed or when a subscription is renewed by tacit agreement.

Carrier



A carrier is a delivery method offered to subscribers when they take out a subscription or order products in unit sales or when they order a gift card. The relay point system is available by setting up Mondial relay or Colissimo relay in the carrier and site parameters. A carrier must be activated for a country, and can be activated for a given list of countries. A carrier can be excluded for some subscription formulas. It is possible to modify a carrier in the details of a subscription (in the case of a carrier in a relay point, go from the customer's file with the action "pretend to be" to access his subscriber account). This modification will be applied the next time you try to collect the subscription.

Transfers



This is the section where you can track automatic transfers from Stripe to your bank account every 7 days.
