In this article, we show you how to contact subscribers for whom a payment is due but who have an expiring credit card.

This contact is essential to allow them to update their credit card and thus avoid a payment failure during the next debit.

Send a notification to subscribers



You have the ability to send an email notification to subscribers whose banking card is about to expire 10 days before the next withdrawal date. This gives your subscriber enough time to update their bank account information.

The content of this notification is available from the Email Template module and is named "**Card expires**".

You can customize this message by modifying the email subject and content. Make sure you keep the link variable. This variable is set up to allow the subscriber to change their card without having to log in or find their account.

A subscriber contacts us to update their credit card



From the customer file of the subscriber who wants to update his credit card, it is possible to select the action "**Send a link to update his credit card**".

The subscriber will automatically receive an email from you containing the link to update his credit card.
