Refund a transaction

Access the video

From the Transaction Details, select the Refund action and enter the amount to be refunded and the reason for refund.

At the time of issuing the refund, you will be able to decide whether or not to delete the delivery note(s) associated with the transaction in question.

If your stripe wallet balance is insufficient, refunds will not be processed as your stripe wallet balance cannot be negative.
If this is the case, you can transfer the refund to your customer or wait for other transactions to go through your site so that you have enough money to make the refund.

The paypal payment method does not allow you to refund a custom amount on a transaction. Only the entire transaction can be refunded.
