Access the video

From the left column, click on Email Templates. Select the email with the subject Gift Card Reminder.

This email is sent automatically 2 days after the gift card expires.

We recommend that you include the link to a UTM campaign so that when the person clicks on the link and places an order on your site, they will receive a discount coupon in their shopping cart.

In transactional emails, we optimize deliverability. To do this, we have a very limited formatting. This prevents the email from falling into the promotions tab, which is not opened.
