Set up your subscription formulas

Set up your shipping months

In the case of bimonthly subscriptions, you will have to start by defining your shipping months :
- January - March - May, ...

OR

- February - April - June, ...

You will have to indicate us by e-mail your months of forwarding so that we can parameterize them correctly for your formulas, at the same time as the activation of the module of payment on your site.

Thereafter, as soon as you wish to create new bimonthly formulas, you will have to indicate it to us for the good parameter setting of your months of expeditions.

Set up your formulas

The settings are as follows:

For your bimonthly formulas, you will enter :
- 1 shipment over a 2-month cycle for a bimonthly plan
- 3 shipments over a 6 month cycle, in the example of a long subscription

Then, define your billing period, as presented in the article dedicated to the creation of a formula: browse article

Managing bimonthly subscriptions

Benchmarks at the subscription level

Let's take the example of a bi-monthly subscription with a billing period from the 1st to the 10th and with the following shipping months: January, March, May, July, September and November.

Your subscriptions will automatically renew every 2 months.

A new subscriber ordering between March 11th and May 10th :
- will receive the May box (first box)
- will have a next payment date of June 1st for the July box

The months of collection do not correspond to the months of shipment.
Each subscriber has a period of 2 months between each renewal of his subscription.
And each subscriber will have received his box before his next payment.

Benchmarks at the delivery note level

Using the same example, a customer who subscribes between March 11 and May 10 will have a first delivery order created on the date they place their order and scheduled for April 1 for the May order.

The export of the delivery notes for the May box is done based on the programming dates between March 11 and May 10.
