Manage subscriptions

From the customer card, you can view his subscriptions.

You can also find all the subscriptions from the Subscriptions module.

When you buy a formula, an order is generated, as well as a subscription. The subscription is therefore linked to an order.

By clicking on the View icon (small eye), you can access the details of the subscription and the orders.

In the same way, from an order, you can access its details. You can see the status of the transaction. In the event that there have been failed debits, several lines of transactions for the order will be visible.

It is possible to download the invoice attached to the order from the order details.

Subscriber Activity Log

From a customer's record, you can find the activity log where all the actions taken for this account are recorded: transactions, subscriptions paused, delivery orders created, ...

Cases encountered in the attempts to collect an order

Collection failure: force collection attempt

The customer informs you that he has just updated his bank details. You don't want to wait for the next payment attempt: you can select the action "force payment attempt " from the drop-down menu.

Do not collect the subscriber for an order

Select the action "Mark as paid ", which validates the transaction.

Stop charging for an order

Select the "Close Order " action.

Take an order from your site

On your site, a person cannot take 2 subscriptions at the same time. This would make the buying tunnel much less efficient, since you would have to offer both profiles, both addresses, etc.

If there are shipping costs per order and the customer does not want to pay the shipping costs several times, it is possible to :

make an eshop product, which will be additional to the cart
create a discount coupon to deduct shipping costs
