WARNING: Your images must be web-friendly to ensure good technical performance for your site. Be sure to resize and compress your images before importing them into your media gallery.
You can use photopea and Squoosh to resize and compress your images.
- Open your image in Photopea.
- Resize it by going to Image > image size (as a general rule, an image in web content should not exceed 500 px in width)
- Export your image with a quality of 60%.
- Drag your image into Squoosh for a final layer of compression
This will not degrade the loading speed of your pages and guarantees a good browsing experience.
The dimensions below are for reference. They can be refined according to your image to get the expected display.
