Presentation of the application

Log in to your Ciklik account via the link below:
https://app.ciklik.co/login

You can access the application's functionalities from the different headings in the left column.

You will find a shortcut to the Ciklik Academy (Documentation) at the bottom of this column.

You will be notified of the application's news by the small bell-shaped icon at the top right.
This is also where you can select your display mode: light or dark.

To start customizing your site, scroll down to Settings at the bottom of the left column and click on Sites, then on the little pencil icon (edit) and open the visual editor in front of the Home page content field.

Your site at installation

As soon as you subscribe, the site is installed on your domain name.
A default template is filled in for your home page.
The sales tunnel is already configured, as well as the My Account space for your customers.

- 3 formulas are set up by default, as well as the associated gift cards.
- Carriers by section (subscription, gift card and shop) are created by default and activated for metropolitan France.
- Abandoned shopping carts reminders are configured by default.

All you have to do is customize your site and configure the application features you need.

MODULE 1: Site creation

Step 1: Create your home page

1.1 Prepare the content and visuals of your homepage

- Use Canva
- Use Photopea
- Use Tinypng

Find the list of visuals to prepare for your site and recommendations of dimensions:

Take action :
- [ ] I prepare the mock-up of my site's home page.
- [ ] I prepare my images (resize, reduce size).
- [ ] I test the handling of the visual editor.

1.2 Compose your color palette and fill in your title and text fonts

Take action :
- [ ] I fill in my title and text fonts.
- [ ] I customize the color palette available in the visual editor.
- [ ] I customize the color of the buttons.
- [ ] I add my logo and favicon.

1.3 Customize your home page

Use the visual editor to customize the content of your homepage.
You can choose your template and add the blocks of your choice, then customize the content and appearance.

Take action:

Step 2: Create free content pages

In the left column, scroll down to Content and click on Pages.
This will take you to the visual editor for your free content pages, just like for your home page.

You can copy/paste your entire home page, or just a few blocks to create your free content pages.

Take action:
- [ ] I create a free content page to introduce my concept.
- [ ] I write my terms and conditions.
- [ ] I write my legal notices.

Step 3: Customize the header and footer entries

In the left column, scroll down to Settings and click on Menus.
You will access 3 menus:
- the navigation menu
- the footer 1
- the footer 2

Click on the small eye in front of each menu to customize the entries it contains.

Find the url format of the pages of your site

Take action :

Step 4: Create your subscription offer

Set up your subscription formulas from the Subscription section in the left column, by clicking on Formulas.

The formulas created and active will be automatically displayed on the Subscription page (url /formulas) of your site.



A visual editor is available on this page to add free content below the subscription forms.
Click on Sites in the left column, then edit and go to the Appearance of your site tab, at the Sales tunnel field.

If you don't want to keep this default formula display page and you want to create your own content page to present your subscription offer, here's how to do it:

If you need information about your subscribers to customize the content of your boxes, profile questions can be added.

Take action:
- [ ] I create my subscription formulas.

Step 5: Configure your carriers

Click on Sites in the left column and then on View and go to Carriers.

This is where you will set up your delivery methods for :
- your subscription formulas
- your products in unit sales
- your gift cards

Each carrier created will be associated to one or more countries.

The system of points relais can be proposed with Mondial relay or Colissimo relais.

If needed, formulas can be excluded for a given carrier, in order to reserve a delivery method for a formula: Learn more

Congratulations!
At this stage, you can ask us to enable the payment module on your site OR connect your Stripe account to your site.
Your site will then be functional for taking subscriptions!

Additional steps

Create a store for selling single products

Create a Shop section on your site for the sale of unitary products.

Structure your online store from the Shop section on the left column, with categories of products.

Create your products and customize your product sheets. A visual editor is available for each product sheet.

Product options or characteristics** can be set (example: size selection for an item).

At the level of a product or a product option, the stock management can be activated.

Propose gift cards

A gift card is nothing else than a unitary product attached to a formula!

A gift card is therefore set at the level of a unit product.

The active gift card products will be automatically listed on the Offer page (url /offer/packages).

A visual editor is available to add free content below the gift cards: click on Sites, then on modify, and open the visual editor in the Gift Card Tunnel field, in the Appearance for your site tab.

If you don't want to use this automatic display of your gift cards, you can create a free content page to present your gift cards and their functioning as you wish.

Create a blog

You can set up a blog for your content strategy, from the Content section in the left column.

The visual editor is available at each article level, to create its content.
