# Export shipping slips

> Box store
>
> This page applies to box stores hosted by Ciklik. Using the PrestaShop module? [See the PrestaShop documentation](https://www.ciklik.academy/en/prestashop/).

The shipping slips export produces an Excel file (`.xlsx`) to send to your logistics provider or to import into your carrier’s tool. Ciklik does not send anything directly to carriers.

## Run an export

1. Go to **Sales > Shipments > Shipping Slips**.

2. Filter the slips to ship, usually with **Scheduled After** and **Scheduled Before** (see [Shipping slips management](https://www.ciklik.academy/en/expeditions/gestion-des-bons-de-livraison/#filter-shipping-slips)).

3. Check the slips, or select all the slips matching the filter.

4. Run the **Export Shipping Slips** action and choose the **Export format**.

5. Confirm.

For one or two slips, the file downloads right away. Beyond that, the export is prepared in the background: the message “Merci de patienter. Votre export est en traitement” (shown in French) appears, then a “Votre fichier est prêt !” notification (file ready) appears in the notification bell, top right, with the download link.

A slip has one row per item: an order with a plan and an addon gives two rows with the same slip number.

## The formats

## Common columns

Most formats include these columns, on top of their own:

- `NUM_FACTURE_BL`: the slip number, starting with `ship_`. It is used to match a [tracking number](https://www.ciklik.academy/en/expeditions/liens-de-suivi-de-livraison/).
- `FORMULE`: the identifier of the subscription’s plan.
- `CUSTOMER_ID` and `SUBSCRIPTION`: the customer and subscription identifiers.
- `SITE`: your site’s name.
- `CREATED_AT` and `scheduled_at`: the slip’s creation and scheduling dates.
- `BOX_NUMBER`: the number of slips already created for this subscription before this one. 0 for the first shipment.
- `transporter`: the carrier’s name.
- `abos_count`: the customer’s number of subscriptions.
- `relay_id` and `relay`: the chosen pickup point, if any.
- `orderable_name`, `orderable_id`, `orderable_type`: the item (plan, addon, product, offer) and its type.
- `order_id`: the originating order.
- `declinaisons`: the customer’s answers to the profile questions, separated by `|`.
- `first_box`: flags a [First Box](https://www.ciklik.academy/en/expeditions/transporteurs/#first-box) slip.

## Shipping volume by carrier

On the shipping slips list, the **Shipping Volume by Carrier** lens counts slips per carrier and per site, with their percentage. It filters by site, not by date, and can also be exported to Excel.
