# Dashboard and KPI

> Box and PrestaShop
>
> This page applies to both box stores and PrestaShop stores. The “Gift to subscription” card only exists for box stores.

Key points

Ciklik groups its subscription indicators into five dashboards in the **KPI** section: **Revenue**, **Subscriptions**, **Acquisition**, **Revenue Recovery** and **Cohort**, with a set of cards for each of your sites. The **Cohort** dashboard tracks subscriber retention month after month, and **Revenue Recovery** measures what your retention actions bring in: payment links, anti-churn campaigns, unsubscribe offers, pauses and reactivation campaigns. [Churn](https://www.ciklik.academy/en/demarrage/glossaire/#churn) is shown in the **Churn by Frequency** report under **Sales > Subscriptions**, which gives the **Churn rate** of each frequency. [MRR](https://www.ciklik.academy/en/demarrage/glossaire/#mrr) is shown in the **Revenue by Frequency** report, in the same place: an **Estimated MRR** based on plan prices, for active subscriptions linked to a plan, those of box stores.

## Open the dashboards

1. Expand the **KPI** section in the left column.

2. Choose a dashboard: **Revenue**, **Subscriptions**, **Acquisition**, **Revenue Recovery** or **Cohort**.

Each dashboard shows a set of cards for each of your sites. The site name comes before the card title. Most cards have their own period list at the top right (for example 2, 15, 30, 60 or 90 days, or 6, 9 or 12 months for monthly cards).

> If you do not see the **KPI** section, your role is not allowed to view the indicators.

## Frequently asked questions

### Where can I see my store’s MRR in Ciklik?

In Sales > Subscriptions, choose Revenue by Frequency in the dropdown menu above the table. This report shows an MRR estimated from plan prices, for active subscriptions linked to a plan, those of box stores.

### How does Ciklik calculate the churn rate?

The Churn by Frequency report, in Sales > Subscriptions, gives for each frequency the share of canceled subscriptions among all subscriptions of that frequency.

### How do I track subscriber retention month after month?

With the KPI > Cohort dashboard. Switch between Livraisons (shipments) and Commandes (orders), choose the starting month, the site and a plan or a frequency, then export the table as XLSX if needed.

### Are the indicators split by site?

Yes. Each dashboard shows a set of cards for each of your sites, and the site name comes before the card title.

### Why can’t I see the KPI section?

Your role is not allowed to view the indicators. Without this permission, the KPI section does not appear in the left column.
