# Process a refund

> You can process a **refund for a transaction managed by the Ciklik module**.

The refund is done from your **PrestaShop account**.

1. Go to the details of the order in question.

2. In the **CIKLIK Refunds** section, proceed with a **full or partial refund** of the transaction.
