# Deactivate the Ciklik module

## **Deactivate and uninstall the Ciklik module**

1. From your PrestaShop account, go to the **Modules > Module Manager** section.

2. Select the **Deactivate** action on the Ciklik module.

3. Then perform the **Uninstall** action.

> Caution
>
> Uninstalling deletes the **Type d’achat** and **Fréquence d’abonnement** attribute groups created by the module, with their values, as well as the module tables and settings. The subscription combinations of your products are affected: if you plan to reinstall the module, only deactivate it.

## **Cancel your Ciklik subscription**

The cancellation action takes place from your Ciklik account.

The date on which the action is performed serves as validation of your decision to cancel.

Your site is closed on the day before your next Ciklik billing date if it is more than 10 days away, otherwise on the day before the following billing date.

1. In **Settings > Sites**, open the site you wish to close and select the **Delete Website** action from the … in the top right corner.

2. Check the **Confirm** box to confirm the closure of your site.

3. Check the **Cancel Site Subscriptions** box to switch all subscriptions to inactive. Without this box, you will have to cancel them yourself before closure, otherwise renewals continue and fail.

This action is reserved for the person who created the account.

## **Retrieve data from your Ciklik account**

Before closing your Ciklik account, you can export any data you wish: subscriptions, delivery notes, user accounts, invoices, …

Make sure you have all your monthly invoices for your accounting (My invoices section at the bottom of the left column, see [Retrieve Ciklik invoices](https://www.ciklik.academy/en/prestashop/gestion-compte/recuperer-les-factures-ciklik/)).
