Add an Administrator for My Site

Section titled “Access the video”Add an administrator
Section titled “Add an administrator”Click on My Sites, then in the dropdown menu, choose the action Add an administrator.
Enter the email address and the desired Role for this person.
- If an account already exists for this email, the person does not receive an email and automatically has access to the site in question.
- If the person does not have an account, they receive an email with their password.
Only the person with super privileges can perform this action of adding an administrator. This is the person who created the account when subscribing to the solution.
