How to Create a Gift Card from an Existing Order
Section titled “How to Create a Gift Card from an Existing Order”From a completed gift card order, you can generate new activation codes for the same plan in one go. This is useful for bulk sales (works councils, partners, crowdfunding).
Creation Steps
Section titled “Creation Steps”-
Go to Sales > Orders > Orders and open a completed order that contains a gift card.

In the actions menu of the record, choose Create Gift Cards.

Enter the number of cards to generate (from 1 to 500) and confirm.

Find the codes in Sales > Subscriptions > Gift Cards and export them from that list.
What is generated
Section titled “What is generated”- One gift card per code, linked to the plan of the gift card bought in the order.
- Cards in download mode: no email is sent to the recipient, it is up to you to pass the codes on.
- No personalized message or recipient: these fields stay empty.
