Export shipping slips

The shipping slips export produces an Excel file (.xlsx) to send to your logistics provider or to import into your carrier’s tool. Ciklik does not send anything directly to carriers.

  1. Go to Sales > Shipments > Shipping Slips.

  2. Filter the slips to ship, usually with Scheduled After and Scheduled Before (see Shipping slips management).

  3. Check the slips, or select all the slips matching the filter.

  4. Run the Export Shipping Slips action and choose the Export format.

  5. Confirm.

For one or two slips, the file downloads right away. Beyond that, the export is prepared in the background: the message “Merci de patienter. Votre export est en traitement” (shown in French) appears, then a “Votre fichier est prêt !” notification (file ready) appears in the notification bell, top right, with the download link.

A slip has one row per item: an order with a plan and an addon gives two rows with the same slip number.
