Pickup points
Three pickup point networks are available: Mondial Relay, Colissimo and DPD. Each one needs a setting on your site and a box checked on the carrier, in the Pickup points block.
A carrier offers a single network. If several boxes are checked, Mondial Relay comes first, then Colissimo, then DPD. Create one carrier per network.
Mondial Relay
Section titled “Mondial Relay”The Mondial Relay selector appears when three settings are filled in: the merchant key on the site, the option on the carrier and the delivery mode.
-
Go to Settings > Sites, edit your site and open the Marketing Parameters tab.
-
Enter your Mondial Relay brand code in Mondial Relay Merchant Key, then save.
-
Go to Sales > Shipments > Carriers and edit the carrier.
-
In the Pickup points block, check Enable Mondial Relay and choose the Relay Mode: Standard, XL, XXL or Drive.
-
Save.
The “Mondial Relay” carriers created with your site already have the option checked in Standard mode. The Mondial Relay Merchant Key field is also pre-filled when the site is created: replace it with your own brand code if you have your own Mondial Relay contract.
Colissimo
Section titled “Colissimo”You need your Colissimo credentials on the site, then a carrier with the relay option.
-
Go to Settings > Sites and open your site.
-
Run the Add Colissimo Credentials action and fill in:
- Login and Password: those of your Colissimo account;
- Days: the number of days needed to prepare an order, at least 1.
-
Go to Sales > Shipments > Carriers and edit the carrier.
-
In the Pickup points block, check Enable Colissimo Relay. Leave Enable Mondial Relay unchecked: it would take precedence.
-
Save.
The DPD selector shows a Google map. It needs a Google Maps key on the site.
-
Go to Settings > Sites, edit your site and open the Marketing Parameters tab.
-
Fill in Google Maps API Key, then save.
-
Go to Sales > Shipments > Carriers and edit the carrier.
-
In the Pickup points block, check Enable DPD Relay. Leave the two other boxes unchecked.
-
Save.
The DPD pickup points offered are searched in France, around your customer’s address.
On the customer side
Section titled “On the customer side”At the delivery step, choosing a pickup carrier opens the map or list of the network’s points. Your customer must choose a point to complete their order.
The chosen point is saved on the subscription and copied onto each shipping slip. Your customer can change it from their customer account.
Change a subscriber’s pickup point
Section titled “Change a subscriber’s pickup point”On the subscription’s page (Sales > Subscriptions > Subscriptions), the Change Transporter action lets you choose a carrier and a Relay Point. Check Delay until next renewal so the change waits for the next cycle.
Ciklik does not create labels. The pickup point is included in the shipping slips export (relay_id and relay columns of the standard format). For Mondial Relay, the “Export Mondial Relay Format” format puts the point number in the ID Point retrait Livraison column.
