Plan groups and recommended plan
Your shop’s plans page (/formules) lists your active plans. Three settings change how it looks: plan groups, the recommended plan and the plan order.
Plan groups
Section titled “Plan groups”A plan group creates a tab on the plans page. Example: a “Discovery” group with 1, 3 and 6-month plans, and a “Prestige” group with the same durations.
In most cases, you do not need them: without groups, all your plans are shown in a single list.
Create a group
Section titled “Create a group”-
Go to Subscriptions > Advanced > Plan Groups and create a group.
-
Fill in:
- Name: the tab’s title;
- Description: the text shown above the group’s plans, required;
- Site: your site;
- Position: the tab’s order, from smallest to largest.
-
Save.
-
Open each plan of the group, click Edit and choose the group in the Plan Group field, Display tab.
The group’s page lists its plans in the Plans section.
What your customer sees
Section titled “What your customer sees”One tab per group, in the order of their Position. The first tab is open. Each tab shows the group’s description, then its plans in the order of their Position.
To open another tab directly, add ?active= followed by its rank to the page address, counting from 0: /formules?active=1 opens the second tab.
The recommended plan
Section titled “The recommended plan”A recommended plan is highlighted on the plans page: its card is emphasized and shows the “Recommended” badge.
-
Go to Subscriptions > Plans, open the plan and click Edit.
-
In the Display tab, check Recommended plan.
-
Save.
You can recommend several plans, for example one per group. If your customer already has this plan in their cart, the badge becomes “In your cart”.
Plan order
Section titled “Plan order”The Position field of the Display tab sets the order of plans on the page, from smallest to largest. It appears once the plan is created.
A plan’s direct link
Section titled “A plan’s direct link”Each plan has an address that puts it straight into the cart: https://your-domain/panier/formules/<id>. You find it in the URL field of the plan’s page, Display tab.
Use it in an email, an ad or a button on your site. When your customer opens this link:
- the plan is added to the cart, replacing the plan and addons it contained;
- your customer lands on their cart, or first on the upsell page if the plan offers a currently valid addon.
