Retrieve Ciklik invoices

Box and PrestaShop

This page applies to both box stores and PrestaShop stores.

Tip

Invoices for your Ciklik application subscription are issued monthly on the anniversary date of your subscription.

You can find your invoices by logging in to your Ciklik account and clicking on your email address in the top right corner, then going to My Invoices. The same link is in the Settings > My Account > My Invoices menu.

If you would like to be notified by email for each new invoice issued for your account:

1. Click on Sites at the bottom of the left column, then on the small pencil icon (edit), and go to the Advanced tab.

2. Add your email address in the New invoice notification field.
