Send a payment link to a customer
As soon as a payment attempt is successful, the order is marked as paid and synced to PrestaShop.
As long as payment attempts fail, the order remains on a pending status in Ciklik.
This link is called Retry link in Ciklik. You will find it in three places:
- in the Sales > Orders list, a Copy link button on the row of a pending order copies it to your clipboard;
- in the order detail, Payment panel, the full link;
- in the subscription detail, the retry link of its latest pending order.
Share it with your customer: it lets them complete the 3DS verification and validate their order, without having to log in. The link disappears as soon as the order is paid.
