Add extra products to a shipping slip
Overview
Section titled “Overview”Sometimes you need to add an exceptional product to a parcel (gift, sample, replacement) without modifying the subscription composition for future shipments.
The “Personnaliser ce BL (admin)” action (label not translated in the back office) allows you to add extra products to a single shipping slip, on a one-time basis. It only appears for shipping slips of a customizable plan (a plan with customization steps).
How to proceed
Section titled “How to proceed”1. Access the shipping slip detail
Section titled “1. Access the shipping slip detail”From Sales > Shipments > Shipping Slips, click on the relevant shipping slip.
2. Launch the “Personnaliser ce BL (admin)” action
Section titled “2. Launch the “Personnaliser ce BL (admin)” action”In the actions dropdown menu, select “Personnaliser ce BL (admin)”. A temporary link, valid for one hour, opens in a new tab on your shop.
3. Add the products
Section titled “3. Add the products”The customization page opens. Select the extra products to include in this shipping slip.
4. Save
Section titled “4. Save”Validate your selection. The extra products are saved only for this shipping slip.
Remove extra products
Section titled “Remove extra products”To remove extra products from a shipping slip:
- Relaunch the “Personnaliser ce BL (admin)” action
- Submit an empty selection, or one identical to the subscription’s
- The extra products are removed
Visibility in export
Section titled “Visibility in export”When exporting shipping slips with the Export Custom Subscriptions format, extra products are highlighted in orange in the Excel file. This makes them easy to identify during parcel preparation.
Important notes
Section titled “Important notes”- The added products only apply to this shipping slip. Future shipments of the subscription are not affected.
- This feature is independent of subscription customization. The subscriber will not see these products in their “My Account” area.
