Modify IBAN

Update the IBAN where you receive Stripe transfers

You can modify your IBAN from the admin panel by clicking on My Sites, then clicking on the small eye icon (view) and choosing “link a bank account” from the Actions dropdown menu. This is the account where you receive the amounts from transactions made on your site.

Update the account from which you are debited at the beginning of each month for your Ciklik subscription

To change your IBAN for Ciklik monthly debits, click on My Sites, then click on the small eye icon (view). Then, in the top right corner, you have “Actions”. Open the Actions dropdown menu. Choose your payment method: by direct debit mandate or credit card. Then follow the instructions. If you receive a message stating that the link has expired, you can restart the procedure to receive a new email and use the link it contains.
