From the left column, click on Email Templates. Select the email with the subject Gift Card Reminder.
This email is automatically sent 2 days after the gift card expires.
We recommend providing a link to an Ad campaign to add a discount coupon to the person’s cart when they click on the link and place an order on your site.
In transactional emails, we optimize deliverability. To do this, we use very limited formatting. This prevents the email from landing in the promotions tab, which is often not opened.
