Platform Sections Overview
Getting Started
Section titled “Getting Started”The solution environment includes a list of sections (in the left column) to access the various features and manage subscriptions.
You can manage multiple sites from a single account. The first step, to create your site or browse the settings of the site you want, is to click on the Settings section (bottom left), then on My Sites.
By clicking on Edit (small pencil icon), you access several tabs for the selected site:
- Basic Configuration: enter your contact information, your site name, and the title displayed on your homepage
- Marketing Settings:
- enter your identifiers to link your site to your accounts (Facebook Ads, Tag Manager, Affilae, etc.)
- configure your referral program
- configure abandoned cart recovery
- Social Networks: link your Instagram account
- Advanced Settings: enable optional features
1. Sales
Section titled “1. Sales”Orders
Section titled “Orders”View the list of all orders placed on your site. You have filters to find an order and export actions to analyze your orders.
Transactions
Section titled “Transactions”View the history of all transactions (successful and failed). This corresponds to payment attempts on your site, whether for a first order or a subscription renewal.
Subscriptions
Section titled “Subscriptions”View the list of all subscriptions (active or inactive) linked to your site. Apply the available filters to access the desired subscription.
Gift Cards
Section titled “Gift Cards”View the list of gift cards purchased on your site. Activated cards automatically generate a subscription with an expiration date.
Delivery Notes
Section titled “Delivery Notes”All delivery notes automatically generated by the application or that you have created from a user profile are accessible in this section. Display the desired list of notes using the available filters: scheduled dates, plans, etc. Then export your file to send to your carrier or logistics provider.
Access the list of customer accounts created from your site and their profile details (contact information, associated orders and delivery notes).
2. Content
Section titled “2. Content”Manage the homepage and content pages of your site from this section.
Enable and manage your site’s blog with a system of categories and folders.
Present your past boxes and their illustrated content.
Customize the entries in your navigation menu and your footer.
3. Carriers
Section titled “3. Carriers”Carriers
Section titled “Carriers”Configure your delivery methods to offer to customers.
4. Plans
Section titled “4. Plans”Subscription Plans
Section titled “Subscription Plans”Create and configure your subscription plans to offer to customers.
Addons
Section titled “Addons”Create complementary sale products in your purchase funnel.
Plan Groups
Section titled “Plan Groups”Organize your plans into groups that have an influence on price.
Category
Section titled “Category”Create the composition steps of a box for customized plans.

Section titled “Categories”Structure your shop into different product categories.
Products - Gift Cards
Section titled “Products - Gift Cards”Create your individual sale products and your gift cards.
6. Marketing
Section titled “6. Marketing”Coupons
Section titled “Coupons”Create discount codes for your marketing campaigns.
Ad Campaigns
Section titled “Ad Campaigns”Generate campaign URLs with a pre-applied coupon.
Profile Questions
Section titled “Profile Questions”Define the customization questions asked to subscribers.
7. Statistics

Section titled “KPIs and Dashboard”Track the key indicators of your subscription business.
Sent Emails
Section titled “Sent Emails”View the history of transactional emails sent.
