Add extra products to a shipping box
Overview
Section titled “Overview”Sometimes you need to add an exceptional product to a parcel (gift, sample, replacement) without modifying the subscription composition for future shipments.
The “Customize this shipping box” action allows you to add extra products to a single shipping box, on a one-time basis.
How to proceed
Section titled “How to proceed”1. Access the shipping box detail
Section titled “1. Access the shipping box detail”From Shipments > Shipping Boxes, click on the relevant shipping box.
2. Launch the “Customize this shipping box” action
Section titled “2. Launch the “Customize this shipping box” action”In the actions dropdown menu, select “Customize this shipping box”. A temporary link is generated.
3. Add the products
Section titled “3. Add the products”The customization page opens. Select the extra products to include in this shipping box.
4. Save
Section titled “4. Save”Validate your selection. The extra products are saved only for this shipping box.
Remove extra products
Section titled “Remove extra products”To remove extra products from a shipping box:
- Relaunch the “Customize this shipping box” action
- Submit an empty selection
- The extra products are removed
Visibility in export
Section titled “Visibility in export”When exporting shipping boxes, extra products are highlighted in orange in the Excel file. This makes them easy to identify during parcel preparation.
Important notes
Section titled “Important notes”- The added products only apply to this shipping box. Future shipments of the subscription are not affected.
- This feature is independent of subscription customization. The subscriber will not see these products in their “My Account” area.
