Delivery Tracking Links

Section titled “How to Provide a Tracking Link for Your Subscribers’ Boxes?”

When you drop off the package with your carrier or logistics provider, they return a tracking number for tracking purposes.

On the Ciklik side, you have a unique number for the delivery note of the package in question (ship_).

The goal is to create a correspondence between these 2 identifiers.

When you click on My Sites, then view, select “Associate tracking number” from the list of actions at the top left.

A 3-column CSV file without header will be requested. It must contain:
