Subscriber Order Management
Viewing Orders
Section titled “Viewing Orders”Your subscribers’ orders appear in the “Orders” tab of the customer record.
Accessing Orders
Section titled “Accessing Orders”- Open the customer record
- Click on the “Orders” tab
- You will see the history of all orders
Displayed Information
Section titled “Displayed Information”For each order, you can see:
- Order date
- Delivery status
- Amount
- Ordered products
- Delivery address
Available Actions
Section titled “Available Actions”You can:
- View order details
- Track shipment
- Create a replacement voucher
- Add a note
Filters and Search
Section titled “Filters and Search”Use filters to quickly find an order:
- By date
- By amount
- By status
- By product
