Reading the Customer Activity Log
Accessing the Activity Log
Section titled “Accessing the Activity Log”The activity log allows you to track all actions performed on a customer record.
Where to Find the Log
Section titled “Where to Find the Log”- Open the customer record
- Look at the right side panel
- The activity log is visible at the bottom of the record
Types of Recorded Activities
Section titled “Types of Recorded Activities”The log records:
- Orders created
- Payments processed
- Subscriptions modified
- Notes added
- Status changes
- Customer interactions
Displayed Information
Section titled “Displayed Information”For each event, you can see:
- Date and time
- Action type
- Action details
- User who performed the action
Using the Log
Section titled “Using the Log”You can:
- View the complete history
- Search for a specific action
- Filter by activity type
- Export the log
