Reading the Customer Activity Log

The activity log allows you to track all actions performed on a customer record.

  1. Open the customer record
  2. Look at the right side panel
  3. The activity log is visible at the bottom of the record

The log records:

  • Orders created
  • Payments processed
  • Subscriptions modified
  • Notes added
  • Status changes
  • Customer interactions

For each event, you can see:

  • Date and time
  • Action type
  • Action details
  • User who performed the action

You can:

  • View the complete history
  • Search for a specific action
  • Filter by activity type
  • Export the log
