My Customer Subscribed Twice by Mistake
Managing Duplicate Subscriptions
Section titled “Managing Duplicate Subscriptions”If a customer accidentally subscribed twice, you can correct this situation.
Identifying Duplicate Subscriptions
Section titled “Identifying Duplicate Subscriptions”- Open the customer record
- View the “Subscriptions” section
- Check if there are multiple identical subscriptions
Resolving the Issue
Section titled “Resolving the Issue”Option 1: Cancel the Additional Subscription
- Click on the subscription to cancel
- Select “Cancel”
- Confirm the cancellation
Option 2: Refund the Customer
- If you have already billed both subscriptions
- Process a refund via the “Payments” tab
- Inform the customer about the refund
Prevention
Section titled “Prevention”To avoid duplicates:
- Set up verification before subscription
- Use an access control system
- Notify the customer via email about their subscription
Customer Support
Section titled “Customer Support”Contact the support team if:
- The subscription was paid
- You need a refund
- There are multiple subscriptions of the same plan
