My Customer Subscribed Twice by Mistake

If a customer accidentally subscribed twice, you can correct this situation.

  1. Open the customer record
  2. View the “Subscriptions” section
  3. Check if there are multiple identical subscriptions

Option 1: Cancel the Additional Subscription

  1. Click on the subscription to cancel
  2. Select “Cancel”
  3. Confirm the cancellation

Option 2: Refund the Customer

  1. If you have already billed both subscriptions
  2. Process a refund via the “Payments” tab
  3. Inform the customer about the refund

To avoid duplicates:

  • Set up verification before subscription
  • Use an access control system
  • Notify the customer via email about their subscription

Contact the support team if:

  • The subscription was paid
  • You need a refund
  • There are multiple subscriptions of the same plan
