Place an Order from the Dashboard
Creating an Order Manually
Section titled “Creating an Order Manually”You can create an order directly for a customer from the admin panel.
Accessing Order Creation
Section titled “Accessing Order Creation”- Go to the admin panel
- Open the customer record
- Click on “Create an order”
Creation Steps
Section titled “Creation Steps”Step 1: Select Products
- Browse the catalog
- Add desired products to the cart
- Configure options if necessary
Step 2: Set Pricing
- Standard prices apply
- You can add a discount if needed
- Check shipping costs
Step 3: Choose Delivery Address
- Select an existing address
- Or create a new address
- Confirm the address
Step 4: Confirm the Order
- Review the summary
- Choose the payment status
- Create the order
Payment Statuses
Section titled “Payment Statuses”You can set:
- Paid
- Pending payment
- Unpaid
- Scheduled direct debit
Notifications
Section titled “Notifications”- The customer automatically receives a confirmation
- An invoice email is sent
- A delivery slip is generated
