Anonymize Customer Data
GDPR Compliance
Section titled “GDPR Compliance”This feature allows you to anonymize a customer’s personal data in compliance with GDPR regulations.
Why Anonymize?
Section titled “Why Anonymize?”- Respect the right to be forgotten
- Delete personal data
- Comply with GDPR
- Handle deletion requests
How to Anonymize
Section titled “How to Anonymize”Accessing the Feature
- Open the customer profile
- Click on the “Actions” menu
- Select “Anonymize data”
Anonymization Process
- Confirm the action
- Personal data is deleted:
- First and last name
- Phone
- Address
- Notes
- An anonymous identifier replaces the information
Data Retained
Section titled “Data Retained”After anonymization, the following data remains:
- Order history (without personal information)
- Payment history (amounts)
- Subscription history
Data Deleted
Section titled “Data Deleted”The following data is completely deleted:
- First name, last name
- Address
- Phone
- IP address
- All notes
Important
Section titled “Important”This action is irreversible. Once anonymized, the data cannot be recovered.
