Dashboard Overview
Section titled “Dashboard Overview”The dashboard gives you complete visibility into your Ciklik platform’s KPIs.
Accessing the Dashboard
Section titled “Accessing the Dashboard”- Go to the “Statistics” tab
- The dashboard displays automatically
- You can customize it according to your needs
Main KPIs Displayed
Section titled “Main KPIs Displayed”Revenue
Section titled “Revenue”- Total revenue
- Monthly revenue
- Revenue by category
- Revenue by subscription plan
Customers
Section titled “Customers”- Total number of customers
- New customers this month
- Active customers
- Customers with pending payments
Orders
Section titled “Orders”- Number of orders
- Average order value
- Orders this month
- Pending orders
Subscriptions
Section titled “Subscriptions”- Number of subscribers
