What's New Tracking

A new action is available from the orders list (Sales > Orders) to bulk-shift the next payment date of scheduled orders.

  • Bulk action: select multiple orders in creation from the list and launch the “Shift payment dates” action.
  • Shift selection: a dropdown offers shifts from -3 to +3 days. No free-form input to prevent errors.
  • Combinable filters: use the “Next payment after/before” and “Status” filters to precisely target the orders to shift (e.g., all orders scheduled before a holiday period).
  • Safety: orders whose resulting date would fall in the past are automatically skipped. A summary message indicates the number of orders shifted and skipped.

The “Postpone a payment” action on a subscription detail page now offers a new “Align to day of month” mode.

  • Principle: instead of shifting orders by a number of days, you choose a target day (1 to 28) and all scheduled orders for the subscription are automatically realigned to that day.
  • Automatic cascade: all orders in creation are aligned in sequence. For example, if you align to the 1st of the month, an order scheduled for March 24 will move to April 1, the one on April 21 to May 1, etc.
  • Shipments follow: if you enable the option, shipment dates are shifted proportionally.

Administrators can now customize a subscription’s composition directly from the back office, without the usual constraints.

  • Access: from the subscription detail, the “Customize subscription” action opens the composition page via a temporary secure link (valid for 1 hour).
  • Admin mode: an “Admin mode” banner is clearly displayed. Score, stock and maximum quantity constraints are disabled, allowing you to freely adjust the customer’s selection.
  • Visual confirmation: a confirmation message appears when the customization is saved.

It is now possible to add one-time products to a specific shipping box without modifying the subscription.

  • Action from the shipping box detail: the “Customize this shipping box” action generates a temporary link to add extra products.
  • No impact on the subscription: the added products only apply to this shipping box. Future shipments are not affected.
  • Removal possible: extra products can be removed at any time by submitting an empty selection.
  • Visibility in export: extra products are highlighted in orange in the shipping box export, making them easy to identify during preparation.

The subscription cancellation action now offers two additional options to clean up associated items.

  • Close pending orders: optionally close all orders in creation linked to the subscription. The number of affected orders is displayed.
  • Delete future shipments: optionally delete scheduled shipments that have not yet been dispatched. The number of affected shipments is displayed.

From an email template detail page, a new action allows you to send a test email.

  • Realistic data: the test email is populated with sample data matching the notification type (subscription confirmation, dispatch notification, etc.), including all available variables.
  • Instant delivery: the email is sent to the connected merchant’s address for quick rendering verification.
  • Box customization: out-of-stock products are now hidden from customers when composing their box. Administrators still see them with an “out of stock” badge.
  • Visual editor: fixed a bug that caused custom styles (background color, spacing) to disappear from a block when the “show on scroll” option was enabled.
  • Name formatting: first names and last names in all automated emails now correctly display with an initial capital letter.

Changing the carrier was already available from the back office, but it is now possible to also change the associated pickup point, without having to use the customer’s login as feature.

  • Built-in pickup point selection: when the new carrier uses pickup points (Mondial Relay, Colissimo Relay, DPD Relay), a pickup point selector is displayed directly in the action window. The customer’s address is pre-filled to show nearby pickup points.
  • Immediate or deferred application: you can apply the change immediately or schedule it for the next billing cycle, depending on the situation.
  • Automatic update of pending orders: if you change the carrier immediately, pending orders are also updated automatically. No manual intervention required.
  • Carriers filtered by site: only carriers available for the subscription’s site are displayed. No more selection errors.

Two new actions allow you to manage coupon codes directly from the back office.

  • Smart search field: the site’s coupons are presented in a dropdown list with built-in search. Each coupon displays its code, the associated discount (percentage or fixed amount) and its expiration date.
  • Two application modes:
    • On pending orders: immediately applies the coupon to all orders currently being created for the subscription. The number of affected orders is indicated.
    • On the next billing: the coupon will be applied automatically at the next renewal.
  • If the subscription has no pending orders, the “next billing” mode is selected automatically.
  • From the order list of a subscription, you can remove coupons applied to one or more orders currently being created.
  • Works as a single action or in bulk: select multiple orders and remove coupons in a single action.
  • Orders that have already been shipped or invoiced are not affected.

The cohort analysis tool has been enhanced with new features to refine your retention analyses.

  • New “Orders” mode: in addition to the existing “Subscriptions” mode, you can now analyze cohorts from the perspective of placed orders.
  • XLSX export: export your cohort data in Excel format to use freely in your own dashboards.
  • New filters: filter your cohorts by coupon code or subscription frequency for more targeted analyses.
  • Fixes on shipping box analysis: several issues have been fixed for more reliable results.

The Mailchimp integration has been completely revamped to offer richer, more reliable and faster synchronization.

  • Mailchimp contacts are now enriched with: first name, last name, phone number, full postal address and language.
  • Names are properly formatted (Jean-Pierre Dupont instead of JEAN-PIERRE DUPONT).
  • Information comes from the customer’s most recent delivery address, which is generally more up to date than account data.
  • Each plan and each product generates a unique interest in Mailchimp, with a clear identifier (for example: “P42 Plan Name” / “R87 Product Name”). No more risk of confusion between items with similar names.
  • A new generic “Subscriber” interest identifies any contact who has had at least one subscription (active or cancelled). Very useful for your marketing segmentations.
  • The “Ciklik” category in Mailchimp is created automatically and repairs itself if accidentally deleted.
  • If some information cannot be synchronized (for example a custom field in Mailchimp), synchronization continues normally instead of stopping with an error.
  • Bulk synchronization is considerably faster than before.
  • Login: fixed an issue that could cause an error when logging in for some users with an active cart.
  • Error monitoring: any communication errors with Prestashop are now automatically detected and reported via Discord, with all the details needed for diagnosis. This allows for faster intervention when problems occur.
  • Reports and Analytics: documentation of the 15 built-in reports in your back-office, covering 7 business areas (subscriptions, orders, shipments, payments, customers, acquisition, retention).
  • Automated emails and their variables: complete reference of the 23 email types automatically sent by Ciklik, with available variables, triggers and personalization best practices.
