Reschedule a Payment

Several actions are available from the subscription details, depending on the different scenarios you encounter with your subscribers.

From the subscription list, access the subscription details by clicking on the eye icon (view).

• In the Shipments section, you can view the delivery slip(s) linked to the subscription. You can modify the delivery slip scheduled date by postponing it. For long-term subscriptions (e.g., 3-month subscription), the postponement can be cascaded to modify all delivery slips.
• By clicking the Edit icon, you can change the next payment date and thus postpone the next billing date.

If the subscription is active (and only in this case), you have access to the “Reschedule a Payment” action in the dropdown menu. This action will:

• force a new next payment date

AND

• generate the corresponding delivery slips.

Bulk Payment Rescheduling

Depending on your situation, you can use the “bulk payment rescheduling” action (in the dropdown menu when you click on My Sites > View). You import a file containing the subscription IDs in question, and the postpone field corresponds to the number of boxes desired for the delay.

Make sure to isolate gift cards if needed, depending on what you want to do with those cases.

Be careful not to include an inactive subscription as this would cancel the action.

This action extends active subscriptions and generates the corresponding delivery slips. If needed, you can delete the delivery slips that were created.

You can also, from the subscription list, use filters to select the desired subscriptions and in the small dropdown list, select the “reschedule a payment” action.
