Section titled “Sending a Notification to Subscribers”You have the option to send an email notification to subscribers whose credit card is about to expire. This gives your subscriber enough time to update their banking information before the next billing.
The email is sent on the 25th of the month when both conditions are met:
- The customer will be charged between the 25th (day D) and the 25th of the following month.
- The customer’s credit card will expire at the end of the month
The content of this notification is available in the Email Templates module and is named “Card Expiring Soon”.
You can customize this message by modifying the email subject and content. However, make sure to keep the link variable. This variable is configured to allow the subscriber to update their card without having to log in or navigate from their account.
