Refund a Transaction

From the transaction details, select the Refund action and enter the desired refund amount and the reason for the refund.

When processing the refund, you can decide whether or not to delete the delivery slip(s) associated with the transaction.

If your Stripe wallet balance is insufficient, refunds will not be processed, as your Stripe wallet balance cannot be negative.

If this is the case, you can process the refund via bank transfer to your customer, or wait for other transactions to be processed on your site so you have sufficient balance to complete the refund.

The PayPal payment method does not allow partial refunds on a transaction. Only the full transaction amount can be refunded.
