Here are some tips to showcase your subscription offer and convert more subscribers.

The Ciklik subscription module allows you to customize your subscription offer at the product level.

The subscription purchase option will be integrated seamlessly into your PrestaShop theme.

You have control over:

  • keeping your product options (sizes, volumes, etc.)
  • defining your subscription frequencies
  • offering a discount on subscription purchases

Opt for concise and clear wording to distinguish one-time purchases from subscription purchases and avoid repeating phrases for each option.

Mention the discount offered for subscriptions and if possible highlight it with a colored label or badge system.

Complete your product description with a section dedicated to subscriptions, providing usage examples that will resonate with customers who already know your brand or who are about to make their first purchase.

You can also remind customers below the product description of the benefits of subscribing.

You can plan a banner on the homepage of your site that directs visitors to a flagship product from your range now available by subscription.

If you offer subscription purchases on a wide range of products, you can direct visitors to a new content page that presents your subscription offers and some product examples.

Access to this new content page can be a new entry in your navigation menu to allow your customers to easily find their subscription products.

Finally, you can allow your customers to filter products in your catalog directly using this new subscription purchase criterion.

  • Friendliness: Subscription allows you to build a close relationship with your customers

You can communicate these different messages through several approaches:

  • Reassurance block: Easy to add to your product pages, each argument is illustrated by an icon and a short description
  • FAQ: Practical, it will provide all the useful answers to visitors who are hesitant to subscribe
  • Customer reviews: The ultimate social proof, this is the most powerful tool to convince an undecided visitor
