Send a payment link to a customer

As soon as a payment attempt is successful, the order is marked as paid and synced to PrestaShop.

As long as payment attempts fail, the order remains on a pending status in Ciklik.

In the order detail, you will find a payment link that you can share with your customer, allowing them to complete the 3DS verification and validate their order, without having to log in.

This link is also available in the automatic emails informing the customer of a payment failure when renewing their subscription.
