Manage your subscribers

Installing the Ciklik module will allow you to offer subscription purchasing on your products, applying the frequencies of your choice and the associated discount.

You also have access to the Ciklik application to manage your subscribers and find various KPIs.

The first KPI section gives access to a summary dashboard with some key indicators of your subscription activity.

You will find the subscriptions placed on your site in the Sales section.

Order details are separated into different sections where you can find:

  • customer information: users section
  • transaction details
  • list of subscriptions

Within each section, you have access to a filters system in the top right.

You also have the option to select items from the list and export the data.

In the Content section, Email templates subsection, you will find the list of automatic emails sent to your subscribers.

You can choose to enable or disable these emails and customize their content.

The other sections mainly concern customers on subscription-first models, who have full management of their site with the Ciklik application.
