Modify the next payment date of a subscription

To do this, go to the Sales > Subscriptions section and click on the small pencil icon (edit) next to the desired subscription.

You can also access a customer’s subscription from the detail of their customer profile, after entering their email in the search bar.

Select the next payment date for the subscription using the calendar and confirm.

This action allows you to advance or postpone the renewal of a subscription on behalf of a customer.
