Modify the product of a subscription

Tip

You can modify the product within a subscription for your customer from the Ciklik back-office.

To do this, go to the detail of a subscription, from the Sales > Subscriptions section in the left column, or by entering the subscription identifier in the search bar (this identifier is available in the Messages section in the order detail in the PrestaShop back-office).

Once on the subscription detail, go to the Products section.

• Remove the product that the customer no longer wants in their subscription
• Click on the “Attach - Products - Gift cards” button
• Select the product to add to the subscription and confirm

The product change will automatically be visible in the customer’s My Account area, in the My Subscriptions section.

It will be taken into account during the next order as part of the subscription.

This action does not modify the next order date of the subscription.
