Change payment method

Tip

The monthly payment for Ciklik subscription module is automatic on the anniversary date of your subscription.

The available payment methods are:

• credit card payment
• SEPA direct debit mandate

You can update your payment method at any time.

To do this, log in to your Ciklik account, then click on My Sites at the bottom of the left column and on the small eye icon (view) next to your site.

Next, click on the … in the top right corner and choose Update payment information.

Choose your payment method: by mandate or credit card.

Then click on Run Action and follow the instructions.
