Deactivate the Ciklik module

Tip

If you no longer wish to use the Ciklik module, here is the procedure to follow.

Deactivate and uninstall the Ciklik module

From your PrestaShop account, go to the Modules > Module Manager section.

Select the Deactivate action and then perform the Uninstall action.

Cancel your Ciklik subscription

The cancellation action takes place from your Ciklik account.

The date on which the action is performed serves as validation of your decision to cancel.

From this date, a 10-day notice period begins, at the end of which and at the end of the current month, your account will be closed.

From your Ciklik account, click on the site you wish to close and select the Destroy my site and cancel action from the … in the top right corner.

• check the confirm box to confirm the closure of your site
• check the cancel my site’s subscriptions box to switch all subscriptions to inactive

Retrieve data from your Ciklik account

Before closing your Ciklik account, you can export any data you wish: subscriptions, delivery notes, user accounts, invoices, …

Make sure you have all your monthly invoices for your accounting (My invoices section at the bottom of the left column).
